Nutella Making Workshop

Bending Oak Farm had an incredible hazelnut harvest this year and we want to share it with you. Come join us for a two-hour workshop where we will talk about the folklore and history of hazelnuts as well as the benefits of hazelnut trees to the environment and people. We will teach you how we make your own chocolate hazelnut spread and give you a sample to take home with you.
This workshop is perfect for individuals and families wanting to spend time learning in nature. Feel free to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy in our gazebo or set out a blanket on the grass and watch the birds around the pond.
Most of this workshop will be outdoors so please dress for the weather and wear closed-toed shoes.
To be in compliance with Ohio’s Covid Guidelines, Bending Oak Farm is asking all visitors to the farm to take the following actions:
1) Wear a mask at all times while in all indoor areas on the farm or on any farm tours.
2) Practice social distancing by keeping a minimum of 6 ft between you and anyone not in your group.
3) If you need a mask break, please make sure you are outside and at least 10ft away from all other persons not in your group.
