15-20 hours/week
RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE :
- General Maintenance (plant care, building soil, etc)
- Tending fruit, nut orchards, and gardens
- Maintaining paths (mowing, etc.)
- Caring for a few small farm animals
- Assisting Farm Manager in completing projects
Required qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Team oriented
- Self-motivated
- Ability to do some hard physical labor
- Experience with farm tools & small machinery
- Previous sustainable farm work experience desired
- Permaculture Design Certificate a plus!
