Making Elderberry Syrup
Audience: Adults, Families
Time: 2 hours (2pm-4pm)

Bending Oak Farm loves elderberries and we hope you do too! Come join us for a two-hour workshop where we will talk about the folklore and history of elderberries as well as the benefits of elderberries to the environment and people. We will teach you how we make elderberry syrup and give you a sample to take home with you.
This workshop is perfect for individuals and families wanting to spend time learning in nature. Feel free to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy in our gazebo or set out a blanket on the grass and watch the birds around the pond.
Most of this workshop will be outdoors so please dress for the weather and wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes.
